Is my order discreetly packaged?

Absolutely. We believe pleasure is personal, and your order should be too. Every purchase is sent in a plain, unbranded cardboard box with no mention of what’s inside. Whether it’s arriving at your home or a collection point, no one will have a clue – except you, of course.

Is billing discreet, too?

Yes. Your bank, credit card or payment provider statement will show a charge from With Pleasure Ltd.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use trusted Royal Mail services to get your wand to you as quickly as possible. Standard delivery starts from just £2.25, with tracked and special delivery options available if you’re in a hurry.

Orders placed before 11 am GMT are dispatched the same day (except Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Spend over £50, and your delivery is free!

What if I change my mind? Can I return my wand?

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you have 30 days to return it – as long as it’s unopened, unused, and still sealed. Just email us at wands@with-pleasure.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that we can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

My wand is faulty – what should I do?

Oh no! We want your wand to work perfectly, so if there’s a fault, get in touch within six months of purchase. Send us your order number, product details, and a picture or video of the issue, and we’ll sort out a replacement or a credit for you.

If it’s a Doxy wand, you can also register your product with Doxy for an extra year’s warranty.

Can I track my order?

Yes! If you choose one of our tracked delivery options, you’ll receive full tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey. For peace of mind, we always recommend using Tracked 48 (£3.95) or Tracked 24 (£5.95), as these come with tracking and compensation if your parcel goes missing.

I’ve contacted you but haven’t heard back – what now?

We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, but sometimes our emails end up in spam folders (cheeky things). If you haven’t heard from us, have a quick look there first. Still no luck? Send us another message – we’re always happy to help!
