Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction and enjoyment of our massage wands are our top priorities. If you're not happy, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Our returns policy: 

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

• All returned unwanted items must be fully sealed (with the seal intact), unopened, unused and in a re-sellable condition.

• To start a return, please fill in the form at the bottom of this page. 

• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

• Once your return has been received and confirmed as eligible, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

• You can always contact us with any Returns-related questions at wands@with-pleasure.com. 

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

• Faulty goods: Please contact us within 6 months of your purchase with the order number, product code, description of the fault, and a video/picture of the fault. You can either exchange the item or credit your account.
